Write to [email protected], or choose “Get help with my account” as the topic of this form. Employees can also open a support ticket in Office Hero Connect. The support page lists the sign-in address of every app.
Can we talk by phone?
Yes. Add your phone number to the form and say in your message when we can reach you, and we can arrange a call.
What happens to the details we send?
We store your message and contact details to answer you and to follow up on your request, for example to arrange a demo or send an offer. The privacy policy explains how long we keep them and your rights.
We install trackers or sell software. Can we work together?
