Monthly subscriptions per vehicle, per employee or per company. Prices exclude VAT, annual billing is 10% lower, and every Fleet Hero package includes the M2M SIM card and its mobile data.
Office Hero Connect is included with HR Hero and Finance Hero, and with Fleet Hero Professional and Business your drivers can sign in to it too. You pay only for the apps you use.

Which tracker does each vehicle need?
Fleet Hero shows what each tracker sends. Every tracker reports its position and speed. Fuel readings need a fuel signal from the vehicle, and live tachograph data needs a tracker wired to the tachograph, such as the Teltonika FMC650. We help you choose the right device for each vehicle.

Step 2 Get a written offer
Your offer lists the packages, the number of vehicles, employees and users, the trackers, the installation and the term.

Step 3 Trackers fitted
We supply, fit and set up the Teltonika trackers. You pay 50% of the devices with the order and the rest after installation, on the signed installation record.

Step 4 Start working
We set up your company account and import your vehicles from a CSV file. Remote onboarding comes with the Business package, and on-site training is available for every package.

How is Office Hero billed?
Each app is a subscription: Fleet Hero per vehicle, HR Hero per employee and Finance Hero per company, billed every month or once a year. You pay only for the apps you use, and you can add another app later to the same account.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT, which is added to your invoice where it applies.
Do you invoice in euros or denars?
Prices are in euros. When we invoice in denars, we convert the euro price at the middle rate of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia on the invoice date. Unless your offer says otherwise, each invoice is due within 15 days.
Is it cheaper to pay for a year?
Yes. Annual billing is 10% lower than paying month by month, for every package of every app.
Is the SIM card really included in Fleet Hero?
Yes. Every Fleet Hero package includes the M2M SIM card and its mobile data for each vehicle, so there is no separate SIM line in your subscription. We supply the SIM with the tracker.
Do we have to buy the GPS trackers?
Yes. You buy the Teltonika trackers, from €65 per tracker depending on the model, and there is no monthly device fee. You pay 50% with the order and the remaining 50% after installation, on the signed installation record. Installation starts at €49 per vehicle. See the supported trackers.
Is there a minimum contract term?
The term is agreed in your offer. Tell us how many vehicles, employees and users you have, and we put the packages, the prices and the term in writing before you sign.
How do we end a subscription?
Unless your offer says otherwise, a monthly subscription ends with 30 days' notice, and an annual one runs until the end of the year you paid for. After the contract ends, you can export your data for 30 days; we then delete it, except what the law requires us to keep.
Do you offer volume prices or bids for public tenders?
Yes, on request. For large fleets, groups of companies and public tenders, we prepare an individual offer. Tell us what you need.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Fleet Hero reports export to PDF, Excel or CSV, and HR Hero and Finance Hero lists export selected rows to CSV. For a full export of your company's data, ask our team and we prepare it for you.
What does it cost to get started?
For Fleet Hero, the one-time costs are the trackers and their installation. We set up your company account and can import your vehicles from a CSV file. Remote onboarding is part of the Fleet Hero Business package, on-site training costs €550 per day, and custom work, such as moving data from another system, costs €55 per hour.
Does HR Hero include payroll?
Not yet. Payroll is coming soon, starting with North Macedonia and Albania. HR Hero already keeps each employee's contract and salary on their record.
