02Fleet Hero
Fleet Hero shows what each vehicle is doing
It reads your Teltonika GPS trackers and turns their raw data into readings, alerts and reports for the people who run the fleet.
Each vehicle's page shows its mileage, fuel, AdBlue, warning lamps and active fault codes, with each code's failure type in plain words. The status shows only what the vehicle's tracker reports.
The status block on a vehicle's page in Fleet Hero. Fleet Hero shows who is on each truck's tachograph, the current activity and the driving time left before the next break, today and this week. It needs a tracker that reads driving times from the tachograph, such as the Teltonika FMC650.
Before you save a rule, Fleet Hero shows who will be notified and how, and you can send a test. Alerts arrive in the app and by e-mail to colleagues, and company quiet hours can hold them back.
21built-in alert types
During a privacy pause, the vehicle's positions are discarded the moment they arrive and are never stored. Private kilometres are counted apart, pauses can be booked in advance, and each one is audited.
The tank level over time, refuels found in the tracker data for you to confirm, and the fuel used in a period with its source named. It needs a tracker that reports a fuel signal.
Work orders with parts and labour, services planned by date or odometer, and alerts before a service is due. Labour and parts costs are totalled per vehicle, category or vendor.
Send a customer a link to one vehicle's live position, with no account needed. The link stops working when it expires or when you stop sharing.

Every vehicle on one live map
The live map shows which vehicles are moving, idle, stopped or offline, and it counts the vehicles that have not reported recently instead of showing them as live. Click a vehicle to see its speed, driver and last update, follow it as it moves, or replay where it has been.

Anyone can report a concern through your company's public reporting page, anonymously and without an account. Your designated handlers work each case in HR Hero, and the 7-day deadline to acknowledge a report is tracked for them. The channel is built around Directive (EU) 2019/1937.

Upload a statement in MT940 or CAMT.053 format, and lines you imported before are skipped. Finance Hero matches payments that carry the invoice number and the exact amount, and ranks the rest as high, medium or low confidence for you to confirm. One click books the payment, its allocation and the journal entry.

Each company has its own database schema, sensitive fields are encrypted with the company's own key, and the audit trail is kept for 7 years, with new entries checked every night. The apps and their databases run on servers we operate in Skopje, North Macedonia.

What is Office Hero?
Office Hero is a family of business apps from Skopje, North Macedonia. Fleet Hero manages vehicles with GPS tracking, HR Hero manages people and working time, Finance Hero keeps the accounts, and Office Hero Connect is the portal for your employees, customers and suppliers. Fleet Hero, HR Hero and Finance Hero share one sign-in and the same employee and customer records, and all the apps work in 15 languages.
Do we have to use all the apps?
No. Fleet Hero, HR Hero and Finance Hero each work on their own, and you pay only for the apps you use. Office Hero Connect comes with HR Hero and Finance Hero. An app you add later uses the same sign-in and the employee and customer records you already have. A driver in Fleet Hero, for example, is the same person as the employee in HR Hero.
How much does Office Hero cost?
Fleet Hero starts at €10.80 per vehicle per month, HR Hero at €2.90 per employee per month and Finance Hero at €29 per company per month. Prices exclude VAT, and annual billing is 10% lower. Office Hero Connect is included with HR Hero and Finance Hero.
Which GPS trackers does Fleet Hero work with?
Fleet Hero works with Teltonika GPS trackers, from plug-in OBD units such as the FMC003 to the FMC650 for trucks with a digital tachograph. We sell the trackers from €65, install them from €49 per vehicle and configure them for you. Every Fleet Hero package includes the M2M SIM card and mobile data.
Which languages does Office Hero support?
All apps work in 15 languages: English, Macedonian, Albanian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian, Serbian in Latin and Cyrillic, Bulgarian, Romanian, German, Italian, Spanish, French and Polish. Each person chooses their own language on screen, and invitations, sign-in codes and alert e-mails arrive in the language saved with their account. Invoices and quotes, and the e-mails that send them, use your company's language. The translations are machine-made, and native review is in progress.
Where is our data kept, and who can see it?
The Office Hero apps and their databases run on servers we operate in Skopje, North Macedonia, which is outside the European Union. Uploaded files and database backups are kept in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Each company's data sits in its own database schema, sensitive personal fields are encrypted with your company's own key, and administrative changes go into an audit trail that is kept for 7 years. Inside your company, roles and record-level rules decide who sees which vehicles, employees and customers.
Are there mobile apps?
Office Hero Manager for owners and managers and the Office Hero Connect app for employees are in testing and coming soon to iOS and Android. Office Hero Track for Android TV is coming soon as well. Today Fleet Hero, HR Hero and Finance Hero run in a web browser, and the Office Hero Connect portal also works on phones.
