From your request to a written offer

Step 1 You send the form
Tell us about your company, the apps you are interested in and, for Fleet Hero, roughly how many vehicles you run.

Step 2 We agree a time
A person from our team replies by e-mail to arrange the demo at a time that suits you.

Step 3 We show you the apps
We go through the screens that matter for your work, such as the live map, alerts and reports, timesheets and leave, or invoices and bank matching, and we answer your questions.

Step 4 You receive an offer
If you want to go ahead, we send a written offer with the packages, the trackers, the installation and the term for your company.

Does the demo cost anything?
No. The demo is free and does not commit you to buying anything.
Can we try Office Hero on our own first?
There is no self-service sign-up or trial: our team sets up every company account. After the demo, we agree in your offer how you start, and we set up your company with you.
What should we prepare?
Nothing is required. It helps to know roughly how many vehicles, employees and users you have, which trackers your vehicles have today, and what you would like to solve first.
Do we need GPS trackers for the demo?
No. You see the apps working before you buy anything. If you go ahead, we supply, install and configure Teltonika trackers for your vehicles. See the supported trackers.
Can we see just one app?
Yes. Choose the apps you are interested in on the form, and we show you those. Each app works on its own, and you can add others to the same account later.
