Where the delivery vans are
Every van on one live map with its status, driver and last update, and filters for moving, idle, stopped and offline vehicles.
Customers calling about their delivery
Send a link to the van's live position that expires after 15 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days. It opens without an account.
Arrivals at customers and depots
Draw geozones around depots and regular customers; every entry and exit is recorded, and the geozone activity report counts them per zone.
Orders that become invoices
Accepted quotes and confirmed sales orders become invoices without retyping, with the next number in your series and an invoice PDF in your company's language, which can be any of 15.
Knowing who owes what
Payments spread across invoices, overdue status updated every night, and aged receivables in buckets from not yet due to 90+ days.
Buying in one currency, selling in another
Daily ECB and NBRM rates, exchange differences booked automatically when you pay bills from the Supplier payments screen, and a month-end revaluation of open balances.
Matching payments to invoices
Import MT940 or CAMT.053 statements; payments with the invoice number in the bank text are matched automatically, and the rest get suggestions rated high, medium or low.
Stock in your warehouses
Stock levels, average cost and value per product and warehouse, the history of every movement and stocktakes by barcode scan.
Stock is not updated by sales orders, invoices or goods receipts; on the web you correct it with stocktakes.
Customers asking for their balance
In Office Hero Connect, customers see their open balance, what falls due and their most recent invoices.
Office Hero switches on the full invoice list and monthly statements on request, and invoices cannot be paid in the portal.

Deliveries
Every van on the map, every customer site as a geozone
The live map shows each van's status, driver and speed, and how fresh its position is. Draw geozones around your depots and regular customers, and Fleet Hero records each entry and exit; the geozone activity report counts them per zone for any period. When a customer asks where their goods are, send a live-location link that stops working on its own.

From order to payment
From sales order to paid invoice
Confirm a sales order, invoice the quantity still open and issue the invoice with the next number in your series; Finance Hero posts the receivable, the revenue and the VAT to the ledger as you work. Record payments, also partial ones, and spread one payment across several invoices. Every night, invoices past their due date switch to overdue.

Currencies and banking
Several currencies, and bank statements matched to invoices
Invoices, bills and payments can each be in any currency you trade in. Rates arrive every working day from the European Central Bank and every day from the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia. Paying bills from the Supplier payments screen books the exchange difference automatically; for customer payments, post it with a manual journal. Import the bank's MT940 or CAMT.053 statement, and payments whose bank text carries the invoice number are matched on amount and number.

Can our customers see where their delivery is?
Yes. Create a link to the van's live position for 15 minutes, 1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days and send it through any messaging app. The customer sees the position, the last update and the route since the link was created, without an account. The link stops working when it expires or when you stop sharing.
Can we invoice in euros and pay suppliers in another currency?
Yes. Each invoice, bill and payment can be in any active currency and shows its total in your books' currency, with the rate and its date. Rates come from the ECB on every working day and from the NBRM every day, or you enter your own. Once the gain and loss accounts are set, paying bills from the Supplier payments screen books the exchange difference automatically; for customer payments and bank matches, post it with a manual journal.
Does stock change when we invoice or receive goods?
No. Finance Hero keeps stock levels, average cost and value per warehouse, and the history of every movement, but sales orders, invoices and goods receipts do not move stock on their own. On the web, you correct quantities with a stocktake, counting by barcode scan or by SKU.
Can customers see their invoices online?
Customers you invite to Office Hero Connect see their open balance, what falls due and their five most recent invoices. The full invoice list and monthly statements are switched on for a customer on request. Invoices cannot be paid in the portal.
Which bank statements can we import?
MT940 and CAMT.053 statement files from your bank's e-banking. Lines you have already imported are skipped. Payments whose bank text carries the invoice number are matched on amount and number, and the others get suggested matches. Finance Hero does not connect to your bank directly, so statements come in as files.
Does Finance Hero send invoices to the tax authority?
No. Finance Hero does not send invoices to a tax authority's system, such as e-Faktura in North Macedonia, SEF in Serbia, eRačun in Croatia or CIS in Albania, and it does not register invoices or receipts on a fiscal device. Where your country requires this, keep your current provider for it alongside Finance Hero.
How much do Fleet Hero and Finance Hero cost together?
Fleet Hero starts at €10.80 per vehicle per month with the SIM card and mobile data included. Finance Hero starts at €29 per company per month for 3 users; the Professional package, at €59 for 10 users, adds sales and purchase orders and basic inventory and warehouses. Prices exclude VAT.
