Alerts
See who will be told before you save a rule
Pick one of 21 alert types, then its limits, vehicles, hours and people. Before you save, Fleet Hero lists who will be notified on which channel, and a test reaches them without creating a real alert.

- In-app notifications and e-mails to colleagues, in each person's language
- Signed webhooks to your own systems in the Business package
Route history
Replay any period and see what happened
Play any period back at 1×, 4× or 16× speed, with the distance, moving and idle time and top speed of the range. Trips are cut from the GPS data every 15 minutes.
- A speed-coloured path, green where slow and red where fast
- Odometer history with readings you can add by hand
- For people with the privacy permission, private periods are marked as not recorded
Maintenance and renewals
Service, insurance and registrations on time
Work orders carry the job, the garage, labour and parts, and fall due by date or odometer. A daily check adds reminders for insurance, registrations and driving licences up to 90 days ahead.

Privacy mode
Private trips that stay private
A privacy pause stops recording a vehicle's positions: they are discarded as they arrive and never stored. The distance is still counted, and every pause goes into the audit log.
- Only people with the privacy permission see the control
- Share links show the vehicle as paused, with no position
- Speeding, geozone and SOS-button alerts do not fire during a pause

Which GPS trackers does Fleet Hero work with?
Teltonika trackers, such as the FMC003 for a car's diagnostic socket and the FMC650 for trucks with tachograph data. We register and configure each one. If you already have trackers, send us the models and we check which can report to Fleet Hero.
How much does Fleet Hero cost?
€10.80 per vehicle per month for Essentials, €14.80 for Professional and €18.80 for Business, with the SIM card and mobile data included. Prices exclude VAT, and annual billing is 10% lower. Trackers are bought once, from €65, and installation starts at €49 per vehicle.
How often does the map update?
While a vehicle drives, its tracker reports every 60 seconds in Essentials, 30 seconds in Professional and 10 seconds in Business, and we set the interval for you.
How far back can we see where a vehicle has been?
Every package includes route history: 6 months in Essentials, 12 months in Professional and 24 months in Business. Within that time you can replay any period and open every trip.
Can we limit what each person sees?
Yes. Use built-in roles such as Fleet Manager, Dispatcher or Viewer, or build your own in a permission matrix, and limit a person to chosen vehicles or vehicle groups.
Can Fleet Hero read the tachograph?
Yes, live, in the Business package, with a tracker wired to the digital tachograph, such as the Teltonika FMC650. You see the cards in it, the current activity and the driving time left, and co-driver figures when the tracker sends them. Fleet Hero does not download or analyse tachograph files.
Is there a mobile app?
Fleet Hero runs in the web browser. Office Hero Manager, the phone app for iOS and Android, is in testing and will be published soon.
Which languages does Fleet Hero support?
Fleet Hero is available in 15 languages, including Macedonian, Albanian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian, Serbian in both scripts, Bulgarian and Romanian. The translations are machine-made, and a review by native speakers is in progress.
Where is our data stored?
The apps and their databases run on servers we operate in Skopje, North Macedonia, which is outside the European Union, with a separate database schema for each company. Uploaded files and database backups are kept in Cloudflare R2 object storage.
