Teltonika GPS trackers, chosen, installed and set up for you
Fleet Hero, the fleet management app of Office Hero, works with Teltonika trackers, from a plug-in unit for cars to a truck tracker wired to the tachograph. We choose the model with you, install it and set it up, with the M2M SIM and mobile data included.
Trackers from €65, which you buy: 50% when you order and 50% after installation, on the signed installation record. Installation from €49 per vehicle.
01The trackers
Which tracker for which vehicle
We recommend a model for each vehicle, based on what you need and what the vehicle can report.
FMC003: plug-in OBD tracker
Plugs into the diagnostic socket of cars and vans without cutting any wiring, and reads the odometer and fuel level where the vehicle provides them.
FMC920: compact tracker
A small tracker for position, speed, ignition and trips, fitted out of sight.
FMC130: tracker with extra inputs
More inputs and outputs, for vehicles with extra sensors or equipment to connect.
FMC150: tracker with a CAN reader
A tracker with a built-in reader for the vehicle's CAN bus, which can read data such as fuel level and odometer on supported vehicles.
Fleet Hero does not use its fuel level and odometer for fuel charts and mileage, so ask us before you choose it for fuel.
FMC650: tracker for trucks
For trucks, buses and machinery: it reads the FMS interface and the digital tachograph, for live driver cards and driving time.
Other trackers on request
Ruptela trackers and phone apps that use the OsmAnd protocol can also report to Fleet Hero.
They send positions, speed and heading only; their other readings are not decoded.
02What you see
From raw numbers to readings you can use
Fleet Hero names each numbered reading, adds its unit and groups the readings by type.
Telemetry
Every reading by name, with its unit
Open a vehicle on the live map to see every reading its tracker sends, with its name, unit and age: fuel level, AdBlue, voltages, warning lamps and fault codes.
- Read from the CAN bus, FMS or OBD, depending on the tracker
- A switch shows the raw values, for installers
- Full readings from Teltonika trackers; Ruptela and OsmAnd send positions only
Vehicle page
What the vehicle is doing now
The status block on each vehicle page sums up the latest readings: state, mileage, fuel and AdBlue, voltages and warning lamps, as far as the tracker reports them.
- Each red or yellow warning lamp on its own line
- The driver card, for trucks that report it
- Active fault codes on trucks, each with its SPN and FMI
Connection
Registered, configured and online
Each tracker is registered to your company by its IMEI, and unregistered trackers are refused. The vehicle's device tab shows the tracker, its status, firmware and last report.
- Set how long a tracker may be silent before it counts as offline
- Each tracker's SIM card on record
- Find a tracker by IMEI, model or plate
What depends on the tracker and the vehicle
Fuel level and odometer need a tracker connected to the vehicle's OBD socket, CAN bus or FMS interface, and a vehicle that provides them. Fault codes are shown for trucks whose tracker, such as the FMC650, reads them from the CAN bus. Send us your vehicle list, and we confirm what each tracker will show before you order.

07Questions
Questions about GPS trackers
Not answered here? Write to [email protected]. A person from our team in Skopje replies, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 CET.
Which GPS trackers does Fleet Hero support?
Teltonika trackers, such as the FMC003, FMC920, FMC130, FMC150 and FMC650. Which fuel and mileage figures Fleet Hero shows depends on the model and the vehicle. Ruptela trackers and OsmAnd apps can report positions. For other makes, ask us first.
Can we keep the trackers we already have?
If they are Teltonika trackers, usually yes; Ruptela trackers can report positions. Send us your models, and we tell you which can report to Fleet Hero and what moving them over takes.
Do we buy the trackers or pay for them monthly?
You buy them, from €65 per tracker: 50% when you order and 50% after installation. The monthly package covers the software, the M2M SIM and the mobile data.
Who installs the trackers?
We arrange it, from €49 per vehicle. The price depends on the work: an OBD tracker plugs in, while a CAN, FMS or tachograph connection takes longer.
Is there a warranty on the trackers?
Yes. Unless your offer says otherwise, the trackers come with a 24-month warranty and the installation work with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse or work done by others.
Can we change the tracker settings ourselves?
No. Our team configures every tracker, so that the readings and the reporting interval match your package. If you need a change, write to [email protected].
What happens when a vehicle has no mobile signal?
The tracker keeps its records and sends them when the signal returns. The live map shows the vehicle as offline after 5 minutes without a position; the vehicle page does so after the silence you set for its tracker.
