Who we are
Office Hero is a software company in Skopje, North Macedonia, registered as ОФИС ХИРО ДОО Скопје. We build business apps for companies that run vehicles, employ people and keep accounts, and we run those apps ourselves.
Office Hero is made for small and mid-sized companies in the Balkans and the wider EU: transport and logistics firms, distributors and wholesalers, construction and field-service companies, public bodies, and any business with a fleet of company cars.
Fleet management came first. HR Hero, Finance Hero and Office Hero Connect followed on the same platform, so they share one account, the same people and one way of working.
The Office Hero family
Each app works on its own. Used together, they share records: a driver in Fleet Hero is the same person as the employee in HR Hero, and the customers and suppliers in Finance Hero are the ones who sign in to Office Hero Connect.
- Fleet Hero: GPS fleet management for Teltonika trackers, with a live map, route history, geozones, alerts, maintenance, renewals and reports.
- HR Hero: employee records, working time, shifts, leave, hiring, onboarding, performance and training, with tools for the EU whistleblowing and pay transparency directives.
- Finance Hero: invoicing, bills, expenses, bank reconciliation and a double-entry ledger, in the currencies you trade in.
- Office Hero Connect: one portal where your employees, customers and suppliers sign in to see what concerns them.
- Office Hero Manager: Fleet Hero, HR Hero and Finance Hero in one phone app for iOS and Android, in testing and coming soon.
- Office Hero Track: the live fleet map on an Android TV in the dispatch room, also coming soon.
From Skopje, for the Balkans and the EU
We work in Skopje, and the apps run on servers we operate here. Working in the region shapes the product. Finance Hero takes the denar rates of the National Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia every day, next to those of the European Central Bank, and HR Hero checks working time against the rules of North Macedonia and Albania as well as Germany and the United Kingdom.
Many companies here trade and drive across borders, so EU rules matter as much as local ones. HR Hero includes tools for the EU directives on whistleblowing and pay transparency. On trucks with a tracker wired to the tachograph, Fleet Hero shows the driving time left that the tachograph reports.
15 languages
Fleet Hero, HR Hero, Finance Hero and Office Hero Connect are available in 15 languages: English, Macedonian, Albanian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian, Serbian in Latin and in Cyrillic script, Bulgarian, Romanian, German, Italian, Spanish, French and Polish. Each person chooses their own language, and the e-mails the apps send to users, such as invitations, sign-in codes and alerts, arrive in each user's language. Invoices and quotes, and the e-mails that send them, use your company's language.
The translations are made by machine, and a review by native speakers is in progress. If a word reads wrong in your language, tell us and we will correct it.
How we build
We build Office Hero as one platform, not as separate products joined together later. One sign-in, one set of roles and permissions, one chat and shared employee, customer and supplier records sit under the apps, so when an employment ends in HR Hero, the person's access to Office Hero Connect is removed automatically.
We run the apps ourselves, and some work that software often hands to outside services is done on servers we run: decoding VINs, producing PDF documents and, when a user asks for it, estimating the road route across a finished private period in privacy mode.

Our team sets up every company account; there is no self-service sign-up. We start with a demo, send you a written offer, supply and install the Teltonika trackers your vehicles need, and set up your company with you.
